Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Business Information

We collect information about your business locations including business name, address, phone number, and Google Place ID. This information is used to enable review request workflows and Google Reviews sync.

Customer Contact Information

When you use our platform to request reviews from your customers, you provide us with customer names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses. We only use this information to send review requests on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or use this data for our own marketing purposes.

Google Reviews Data

With your authorization, we access your Google Business Profile via the Google Places API to sync reviews, ratings, and reviewer information. This data is stored to power your dashboard analytics and AI reply draft features.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our services, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is used for security, debugging, and improving our platform.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full credit card number.

3. SMS Communications

Customer phone numbers provided through our platform are used solely for sending review requests and follow-up messages on behalf of the business that submitted them. You, as the business owner, are responsible for ensuring you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers before submitting their phone numbers to our platform.

SMS delivery is handled by Twilio. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message frequency depends on the business using Praisivo and may vary.

4. Google Reviews Integration

Our Google Reviews integration uses the Google Places API to retrieve publicly available review data for business locations you connect. We store this data to display in your dashboard and generate AI-powered reply drafts. We do not modify or delete your Google reviews.

Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Praisivo platform
• Send review requests to your customers on your behalf
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Sync and display your Google Reviews
• Generate AI-powered reply drafts for your reviews
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notices) via Postmark
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Customer phone numbers and email addresses you submit are retained until you delete them from your account or delete your account entirely. Review request history is retained as long as your account exists to support analytics and reporting.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
